This data is updated frequently in the normal course of business, however priorities and resources determine how fast a change in reality is reflected in the database.

This package consists of several files and components as follows:

• Property data: The property data theme includes the legal lot and property lines, lot numbers, block numbers, easements, district lot numbers and addresses. This information reflects data that has been registered with the Land Titles office. Property polygons are also available
• Street centerline data: The street centerline network includes linear street objects that reflect the approximate center of the dedicated street right-of-way. Street names are typically displayed for each segment of the street centerline network. The linear network is broken at the intersection of two or more City streets or alleyways. Private streets and Stanley Park Roads are also included.
• Hydrography: Hydrography includes the City’s shoreline which was digitized from the 2002 color digital orthophotos. This also includes the interpreted high water marks and the outline of water bodies within the City boundaries (i.e. Trout Lake).
• Zoning: Zoning includes the boundaries for zoning polygons throughout the City.
• City Boundaries: The City boundaries define the edges of the City’s legal jurisdiction.

Much of the City's land base is created using survey accuracy however some features such as centrelines are not as precise.

DWG, SHP, TIF, Mr. SID, and ECW formatted data are projected in UTM Zone 10, NAD83 (CSRS). KML, CSV, and XLS formatted data are in latitude and longitude (WGS84). Not all CSV and XLS files have latitude and longitude
