More Orthophotos Added to Open Data Site
July 28, 2010
The City has just added more orthophotos to its Open Data web site. All told, the Open Data site now includes orthophotos for 2006, 2008, and 2009; they are all high quality 10cm pixel resolution. Each year is available in three compressed formats: tiled ECW, tiled MrSID, and a single tile for the entire area of coverage (this last version is a multiple GB in size per year).
Would you like to have access to more years of orthophotos as well? If so, please send us an email.

Elevation Points & Web Cam JPG Images Added to Open Data Site
July 6, 2010
The City has just added Elevation Points and Web Cam JPG Images to the Open Data web site. The Elevation Points include an X, Y, and Z coordinate for a significantly large number of points in the City. These points are derived from the City's orthophoto acquisitions over the years. We have also just added Web Cam JPG Images. These are a series of zipped image files so that it is easier to directly access the imagery. These are in addition to the links to the images that have been available through the Open Data site for some time.

2009 Orthophotos Added to Open Data Site
June 2, 2010
The City has just added orthophotos for 2009 to the Open Data web site. These are in addition to the 2008 orthophotos that have been available on the site since September. As is the case for the 2008 orthophotos, the 2009 version is 10cm resolution and high quality. They are available in tiles in both ECW and Mr. SID compressed file formats as are the 2008s. They are also available as a single ECW file for the entire City (it is over 2.6 GB in size). The imagery was taken in early April, 2009.
